WhomeN - Active Socio-occupational integration of Women at risk of social exclusion

Erasmus + Project  “WhomeN – Active Socio-occupational integration of Women at risk of social exclusion through the recognition of competences and learning soft skills in order to offer New professional opportunities at home society” (2017-2020).


In consortium of the Project there are adult educators from Spain, Germany, Italy, Rumania, Slovenia, Portugal,  Bulgaria and Latvia.


Project output: Protocol for the evaluation and recognition of soft skills and competences for women at risk of social exclusion.


Activities:

  • research about training needs of the target group;
  • development of the curricula and pedagogic materials;
  • development of the cultural diversity and gender equality guidelines;
  • training of experts on recognition of competences, staff from consortium institutions and experts, teachers, trainers, lifelong learning educators;
  • development of interactive platform that hosts the developed protocol.
