Disabled Individuals’ Success Stories Are Bringing Life in Education of Disabled Youngs
“Disabled Individuals’ Success Stories Are Bringing Life in Education of Disabled Youngs” is a two year Project, financed by Leonardo da Vinci programme.
The main aim of the project is to increase employment oppurtunities of young disabled individuals through a better vocational guidance.
In order to realize this objective, project partners will obtain the life stories of disabled individuals with different disabilities who are successful in their vocational career. Young disabled students having the oppurtunity to observe these successful models will have greater motivation and confidence in planning a vocational career. Project partners will have also an oppurtunity to meet successful disabled individuals during the visits.
The project also intends to compare experiences and best practices among different countries with the aim of mutual learning and transferring new and better practices in the process of removing barriers and enable disabled people to participate in Society.
